1. Order Processing & Handling

πŸ•’ Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another with tracking information when your order ships.

πŸ”” Pre-Orders: If your item is a pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be noted on the product page. Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as they become available.


2. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer a range of shipping options based on your location. All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS text. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress. If you don’t receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at support@thehitclip.com.


4. Shipping Restrictions

β›” We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
β›” Due to regulations, we currently do not ship to certain restricted countries. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing an order.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check with your local carrier first. If the package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

  • Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages. If you are concerned about theft, we recommend selecting a shipping option with signature confirmation.

  • Delayed Packages: Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been shipped.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations
