At Hit Clip, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your Hit Clip must be:
✔ Unused and in its original condition
✔ In its original packaging
✔ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damages & Issues

No final sale items – all products are eligible for return within the 30-day period.

Exchanges
Need a different color or replacement? The fastest way to exchange your item is to return the original product. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for your preferred item.
